Hot Springs - Kaweka Ranges Hawkes Bay NZ

This scene is taken from the top of Puketitiri Road , looking towards the Kaweka Ranges in Hawkes Bay.

The Kaweka range forms part of the mountainous spine of the North Island - which extends from Wellington to the East Cape, including the Taraua and Ruahine Ranges.

It also happens to be in my backyard !
